Wiring
Picked up some 2AWG welding cable from AirGas, and a hydraulic crimper from Harbor Freight. Replaced the 4AWG ground wire running from the nose to engine area with the 2AWG wire. Disappointed with the crimp made by the HF crimper. Seems mechanically sound, but is quite ugly. The die set looked really undersized, so I researched it online and confirmed that they're way undersized. Bummer. Would have been a great find if the dies were correct. The 00awg dies seem to be the right ones for a 6awg lug. Also replaced the main bus feed cable with 10awg aircraft cable, and did some more re-routing of cables to get a straighter and more sound wiring bundle running from nose to firewall.
